How to use it
Questions
Does it smell?
No. Finished vermicompost smells like damp forest soil. A sour or ammonia smell means compost isn't finished, which is why ours stays in the beds for the full cycle.
Can I grow plants in vermicompost alone?
Not recommended. It is rich, so mix it with soil. For pots, use 1 part vermicompost to 3 parts soil (or soil and cocopeat).
Is it safe around children and pets?
It contains no chemicals. Keep the bag away from children and animals as it isn't for eating, and wash hands after gardening.
How should I store an open bag?
Keep it closed, in a cool, dry and shaded place.
Do you deliver outside Punjab?
Yes, across India by courier. Delivery charges and time are shown at checkout once you enter your pin code.
