Returns & refunds

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Damaged or wrong pack

Send a photo of the pack and the outer packaging on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, at your choice.

Opened packs

Vermicompost is a natural, living product, so we cannot take back opened packs that arrived in good condition.

Cancellations

You can cancel any time before dispatch for a full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original UPI or card within 5 to 7 working days of approval. Cash-on-delivery refunds are paid by UPI.
